In 1986, a passionate group of certified Master Gardeners gathered with a vision: to build a stronger gardening community, promote service through horticultural projects, and support lifelong learning. On February 18, 1986, the Madison Area Master Gardeners Association (MAMGA) was born.
This event is all about reconnecting and reminiscing—sharing memories, laughter, and good conversation with longtime friends. There will be plenty of time to mingle and enjoy each other’s company. Fun fact: there was a time when Master Gardener courses were held at Olbrich Botanical Gardens!
Enjoy delicious hors d’oeuvres, a plated lunch, dessert, and beverages catered by Buck ‘n Honeys. Come early or linger afterward to take in the beauty of the surrounding gardens—and don’t forget to bring a friend! All for only $20.
Registration is required and will be available August 1.
